Oh my goodness! I needed this today. Zach speaks so much truth. After Charlie Kirk's death, Holy Spirit laid an entire sermon on my heart. My Pastor prayerfully decided that it was a go this past Sunday, but I spent more time praying that the sermon glorify Him than I did preparing. (Yahweh did a fabulous job preparing my heart with His Words) But the guilt I felt, knowing how much I needed that prayer, ultimately did me in. I kept asking myself and God, why do I need to work so hard to be sure it's about You? To know that someone much more significant than I struggles with this is a blessing for sure! Thank you Zach for your transparency. Thank you Joel, for your willingness to share this in the context of humility.
